4D L-Track Vario Motion

The ultra-long 1.35m massage L-Track spans from the headrest area down to the buttock. Precision sensors analyze and target 36 acupressure points effectively for a holistic healing experience. At the heart of the Mach IX is an exclusive Varion-Motion 4D engine equipped with a four rollers.

Auto Sensors for Adjustment

Powered by a brand new high-performance M.5 Gen™ (microprocessor) this chair provides a quicker response time and accurately adjusts the massage programs. Thus, giving the best massage experience ever. The M.5 Gen Microprocessor comprised of Intelligent Sensors allows the Mach IX to learn and adapt the massage motions and strength to your unique body contours. This technology encompasses an array of key technological advancements that work in tandem to create a massage chair that knows massage.

Back Scan

The Mach IX scans your back when you select an auto program. It measures your height and the length of your legs, allowing it to find where your shoulders are located.

Voice Control

The Brookstone Mach IX has voice control capabilities. This chair supports both Alexa and Google voice speakers. This allows the user to control the chair by their voice instead of using the Quick Action Control or the LCD touchscreen remote. Before using the voice control function, go to Google Play or the Apple Store to download the app. This can be done by searching the keyword “Mach”, “Mach IX” or “Brookstone” to find it.

Quick Action Control / Dynamic Dial

The Quick Action Control / Dynamic Dial is on the right side of the chair. The Quick Action Control allows you to make adjustments to the chair or program with one simple movement. The Dynamic Dial allows the user to turn the chair on and off by pressing and holding the dial down for three seconds. The additional function of the Dynamic Dial allows the user to customize the strength of the rollers from a gentle to a deep tissue massage. The adjustments are made by simply turning the dial from left to right.

Touch Screen Easy User Interface

The large LCD touchscreen allows for easy navigating of the Mach IX functions. Simply select one of the 12 automatic massage programs or create a personal targeted massage. Select the desired massage style and customize the speed, strength, or width of the massage rollers with a simple touch. A targeted massage is accomplished with the spot massage function, great for when you want to focus on your neck!

Self-Diagnostics

If the Mach IX malfunctions, there is a built-in self-diagnostic program to identify the problem immediately for easy service if necessary.

Memory Programs

Three memory programs can be created and saved on the Mach IX. Scroll through the auto programs to “Create New” and following the simple directions.

6 Languages

This chair offers 6 different languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, French, Korean and Vietnamese.

Tri-Action Foot Rollers

Triple Action Shiatsu Foot Massager delivers a circular kneading shiatsu massage that travels up and down the length of your feet, rejuvenating tired arches and soles. The triple rotational heads fully massage from toe to heel, delivering a lifelike massage experience.

Settings Options

The settings menu allows the user to adjust the time of the massage from 5 to 30 minutes, change the screen brightness, turn on a screensaver, adjust the language, turn the remote sound on or off, and troubleshoot the chair.

Full Leg Massage with Heat

The Mach IX footrest offers full leg air massage that focuses on your calves, knees, and feet. The unique middle piece of the footrest moves up or down your leg to either massage your knees or calves. Great feature for those with sore knees!

Finding relief is easy with our 12 cultural automatic massage programs. Some of the cultural massage programs include Japanese, Chinese and Balinese. 5-30 minute massages available.

3 Heat Zones

The Mach IX has three different heat zones. The three zones include lumbar heat, heated knee therapy, and calf heat. This heat therapy will help sore and tightened muscles relax.

Spot Massage

Spot massage is one of Brookstone’s most popular massages. Spot massage allows the user to customize their massage and focus on one specific spot between their neck and buttock. This program allows for a finely adjusted, deep tissue focus on a specific sore or tense spot.
